Title: Who else thinks intros on songs on Life After Death are..
Post by: Doggystylin on November 25, 2002, 03:59:57 PM
annoying as fuck, i mean u put it on a song in the car and ur ready to hear the song but u hear the mad rapper for like 1 minute then the song starts and its kinda a bitch tryin to fast forward it while switchin lanes, or u hear some niggaz rollin dice and shit like that, or some phone calls, theres always somethin like that in the beggining of many songs on that album and it just really ruins it, he should have made them seperate.

I hate skits all together.  I hate skits as different tracks too.  I don't like looking at an album with 28 tracks and 18 songs.

If you gotta do skits I'd prefer if the put them at the end of a track.

For example, track 8 ends at 3:58 then the skit starts at -1:14 of track 9 and counts downs till the next song starts at 0:00 track 9.  Like on Flipmode's Imperial album.

Just the way I perfer it.

Yeah, they suck, except for that one, where he's like "I'd like to bring this young man out to the stage right now"  and he's like "F all yall who called the cops on me when I was just down in the street tryna hustle to feed my little girl" LOL that whole one is so dope.

The skit before Going Back to Cali is so long I hardly ever get to the song...

I don't really care about the skits, the music is dope and that's what most important.

Word Doggy...
The skit's before:
"Kick in the door" & "Going back to Cali" get on my fucken nerves cause those song's are dope az fuck but when u have to sit through the fucken Mad rapper or that Phone call....it's mad nerve twistin'
so I burned the track's and eliminated the skit...by trimmin' it out now I won't wear out the fucken foward button on my stereo.

But on the real....The Redman cd & the last Method man solo were fucken impossible to listen  2, wasn't sure if it was a comedy cd or a musical...lol
I swear they wanna be Cheech & chong......But their still off the chain.
