Remember after Hurricane Katrina in 2005 when Kanye West said that then-President George W. Bush "doesn't care about black people"? Or, you know, the Taylor Swift VMA thing? Well, it's being reported that producers of the superhero Haiti telethon that George Clooney has spearheaded have banned Kanye from taking part in tomorrow's international, no-commercials fundraiser. Here's how they feel.

A source has said, "After what [Kanye] said on the Katrina telethon and the way he behaved at the MTV Video Music Awards, everyone agrees it's just best that he does not participate." How does the entertainment industry view controversial Kanye? The source said the following: "Kanye has to make everything about himself. He will do anything to steal the spotlight and, well, this night it's just not about him."

Kanye's rep was unavailable for comment. Meanwhile we reported that Robert Pattinson will host the London leg of the telethon! Get your debit cards out! And if you can't pitch in for the Haiti telethon on Friday, there are still super-easy ways to donate.
