How do you Embed video's on this site?

They use to have a sticky to expain this.

Say if your on youtube, click on the embed option then copy it.Come on here and paste that shit like so

From there isolate the part in bold.Now copy that,click on flash and youll see this http://.Paste between that and change the frame size to whatever you want,most go for 425,350 for videos.so it should look like this without the spacing,[flash=425, 350]http://www.youtube.com/v/JY3YLTkoEdc&h l=en_US&fs=1&[/flas h]
