I think Kogi might mean beef. There's a korean bbq spot up here with a bool kogi dish that is sesame marinated beef. It's official nice and I'm 99% sure it's not dog.

I dunno. Never had a problem with any of the real popular food trucks out here. They move around and serve so much food that the shits gotta be fresh.
The little taco truck that is in the same place everyday with very little business is one that I would be worried about.

i guess...but i have a hard enough time trusting regular restaurants that are supposed "A" restaurants. and when you get paid what you do in the food industry, id imagine itd be pretty hard to give a fuck about cleanliness and proper food handling....have you seen kitchen nightmares? lol

your not supposed to eat from the random taco trucks (but known trucks are koo), but this is different, this truck is popular so it would get a gang of bullshit if ppl got sick.

Yeah, but this is L.A and it's become a pretty popular lunch truck. Many mexican restaurants started as a lunch truck lol. In N out started as a food stand. Plenty of more examples. It doesn't just have to be accepted by only one community.
