Nipsey Hussle... Bullets Ain't Got No Name Vol. 1-3 were all fire! He got a distinctive voice and flow and his beat selection is good.
Bad Lucc is my 2nd pick but he don't got enough material out to really judge against the others.
Jay Rock, Ya Boy sound like any rapper, no stand out voice, nothing that seperates them from the rest.
Glasses was dope on Lightning Sticks but haven't felt much of his music since then especially after he became a Southern rapper.

Jay Rock..Hes got the most substance to his music.Bad lucc and nipsey are mediocre talents,bad lucc just isnt very good,nipsey is a like a browner cracked out snoop who raps about the same boring shit,ya boy has the best chance of all them to be succesfull mainstream,and malone has shown flashes of being great and other time hes been ehhhhh.
