I like the new Charles Hamilton much more than I do the old one.  He seems to have his ego in check and find his product to be focus on quality over quantity.

Gauchos was just terrible, in my opinion.

i'm a fan of Charles, but he needs to come better than that. :-X

I like Gauchos.  I was never a huge fan of his production style before where his vocals were purposefly distinguishable from the beat which was altered to sound dirty.

I prefer this sound.

I wish certain elements of the beat where turned up but I dig it.

He comes correct on the mic.

It's southern influenced but it's not like he's not spitting

Not a fan of the new stuff.Doesnt compare to his old production. It just sounds like generic stuff instead of being the original quirky self he was.

All Alone is from This Perfect Life, at least now we know he owns all his masters from Interscope, lol...

Here is "Speak No Louder" for y'all... Might be revamped for this project though. http://usershare.net/piq25syrfn2b

Dope track, appreciate it.

I imagine everything will sound slightly different.  If you watch the second video he speaks on his past production habits, calls it the dirty-wallet sound, and then states on how he switched it up because he's got something to prove now.

Yeah, that sound is cool if you in the mood to just zone out to CH, but whenever I got a variety of artists on my ipod and some CH come on, you can really tell, sometimes I skip him cuz of that, lol.

Glad he's producing more "contemporary" now.

Yeah, I only think it worked for a handful of his material.   It's interesting to hear him speak on it.  It's nice to know it was deliberate action even if I don't agree with his final sound.  I can respect that he was trying to artistically accomplish something.

Yeah, Hip-Hop doesn't need personality.  That's not what music is about at all....

Don't even bother engaging people who don't have legitimate criticisms.  It'll just throw the thread into random arguments.

I'd check Choices (A Wave for Alex)
