I'm alive again
More alive than I have been in my whole entire life
I can see these people's ears perk up as I begin
To spaz with the pen, I'm a little bit sicker than most
Shit's finna get thick again
They say the competition is stiff
But I get a hard dick from this shit, now stick it in
I ain't never giving in again
Caution to the wind, complete freedom
Look at these rappers, how I treat 'em
So why the fuck would I join 'em when I beat 'em
They call me a freak cause
I like to spit on these pussies fore I eat 'em
Man get these whack cocksuckers off stage
Where the fuck is Kanye when you need him?
Snatch the mic from him, bitch Imma let you finish in a minute
Yeah the rap is tight
But I'm 'bout to spit the greatest verse of all time
So you might want to go back to the lab tonight and um
Scribble out them rhymes you were going to spit
And start over from scratch and write new ones
But I'm afraid that it ain't gonna make no difference
When I rip this stage and tear it in half tonight
It's an adrenaline rush to feel the bass thump
In the place all the way to the parking lot, fellow
Set fire to the mic and ignite the crowd
You can see the sparks from hot metal
Cold-hearted from the day I Bogarted the game
I so started to rock fellow
When I'm not even in my harshest
You can still get roasted because Marsh is not mellow
'Til I'm toppling from the top I'm not going to stop
I'm standing on my Monopoly board
That means I'm on top of my game and it don't stop
'Til my hip don't hop anymore
When you so good that you can't say it
Because it ain't even cool for you to sound cocky anymore
People just get sick cause you spit
These fools can't drool or dribble a drop anymore
And you can never break my stride
You never slow the momentum at any moment I'm about to blow
You'll never take my pride
Killing the flow, slow venom any opponent
Is getting no mercy, mark my words
Ain't letting up, relentless
I smell blood, I don't give a fuck, keep giving 'em hell
Where was you when I fell and needed help up?
You get no love
(Hook)
It's a little too late to say that you're sorry now
You kicked me when I was down
But what you say, just (don't hurt me, it don't hurt me, no more)
Bitch you get (no love)
You show me nothing but hate
You ran me into the ground
But what comes around goes around
And you don't (don't hurt me)
You (don't hurt me no more)
Bitch you get (no love, no love, no love, no love)
Bitch you get (no love, no love, no love)
And I don't need you (no more)
Bitch you get no (love)
Eminem goes OFF on this track. He completely obliterates Lil Wayne here. No contest.
My fav verse from Recovery.

What a line. 8)

Yeh when a wrote a review for this i said his verse was hugely impressive. I actually really like waynes verse too even though its slower, i just think the lines be fly in a simplistic way. But eminem goes off on his flow. Best joint on recovery imo.
-
But the sample is just awful and ruins the song overall.

niggas a clown, hating on the album for weeks on a regular basis, saying this verse is lyrically nonsense while having "Guess who back in the motherfuckin house
With a fat dick for your motherfuckin mouth" in his sig
-
Dope song
-
I reckon you gotta give it up to Blaze for flipping that sample and actually making something dope out of it, beat itself is a banger. He did the same thing with Super Freak and flipped it into the Jay Z's "Kingdom Come" one of the only dope songs on that album...
And for real, Wayne and Em both killed this track, Em definitely got it though. Lol at Long Beach saying Lyrically it's terrbile and being a Snoop fan

The album opens with “Cold Wind Blows” where Eminem opens this new era and album with a demonstration of how he’s back to rapping and ripping his critics and adversaries. “Talkin’ to Myself” is one of the first ‘confessional’ tracks from the album, with Eminem admitting how he was envious and jealous of rappers and hip-hop stars Lil’ Wayne and Kanye West because of their climb to fame as he struggled with his own celebrity status. This marks a big change for Eminem: instead of doing the expected of putting down his fellow rappers and stars, he actually apologizes to them for just the temptation of making enemies of them because of his own fears and insecurities. Some may be turned off by this sort of music or confession since hip-hop and rap these days is more aggressive and hard hitting but for me as a listener, I liked it. It fleshes out and gives a lot of depth to Eminem’s character and shows that he does indeed experience insecurity, fears of inadequacy and humbleness like the rest of us mere mortals.

Yeah his verse was sick, but...
the sample is just awful and ruins the song overall.
^ if ANY other artist would've used that sample everybody would clown them.
-
^Wrong, plenty of people could've gotten away with it; people just want to hate it.
Just like how other rappers couldn't get away rapping some of the lines Eminem uses; they couldn't be silly like that & talk about raping random people & shitting on celebrities.
Honestly, if this song was for a Lil' Wayne album & it was the exact same song, just Wayne got credit for the song being "his", I'm positive some people who don't like the sample now, woulda gave it the "okay".

T.I. did it big by getting Blaze to sample a super cheesy pop single, remember "Live Your Life"? That shit was an anthem
-
I like this album, but to me no love was one of the worst eminem verses on the album im not talking bout the lyrics just how it sounded, I find it unlistenable, in my opinion wayne killed him on this track yeah he didn't rap as fast but i thought his verse was much more enjoyable
