There's a lot of features, but Wayne actually has a majority of the verses.

The album is what it is. Mainstream metaphor filled swag music and Wayne is the best at it.
After skimming through it, it sounds pretty cool. I think I'll have time tomorrow to listen properly.

I apologize for my lack of album thread making skills lol. I had heard the album leaked & made a thread about it.
Also, this doesn't have much buzz. It was only a week or so ago that they decided to throw this as "an album". They called it an album to create some buzz for Wayne's release from his prison sentence.
If this title looked like "Lil' Wayne - I Am Not a Human Being (Discussion Thread)", there might be more responses to it; but regardless, you're right. This section is slacking.

The westcoast section is more vibrant than here now. Very Good Kanye tracks are dropping every week and getting like 9 responses. 1 Bishop lamont track on the west coast section gets 5 pages.

It was set to be released as an "EP" about two weeks ago, then they changed it and called it an "LP". But still, to most people, we all know that it was some verses thrown together over beats.

Pretty cheap, but it kind of had to be since Wayne is locked up and couldn't physically be in the video.

Just a guess, but I would have to assume that it was verses Wayne had recorded & they just turned them into songs; so probably anytime before he started serving his sentence.
