It's been a while since I've hit ya'll up with some of my work...Well here's a new beat I made for a remix of a song with Me and Nexus...This one is called "Hero (Remix)"...Check it out:

Hmmm; I didn't really like the hero beat at first, because it's too thin. if the drums are gonna be that slow, you need to have some sort of ride going on, like a slow bassline that walks through the song (Like Dre did on "bitch Niggaz" for instance). Also, you have the drums panned to the center, AND to the left, it just sounds weird... like the hi hat is on the left, and the snare is in the middle. I can't tell where the bass is coming from (you usually can't). I'd mix them all the same, all to the center, for instance, and then wrap the instruments to the left and right of the drums... I just think it sounds better that way. Peace~

LoL...Lets say somone like Eminem used it...Maybe he would get some problems for it...But if somone like Arsen, Mista Cane or one of the underground foos needed it, nothing would happen...I guarantee it...
I belive the main sample used is 3 Doors Down "Kryptonite"...PeACe
