Its complete bullshit to jail someone without bail bcuz of child support. It's the Feds looking for any excuse to harass people like Face...did the same shit to Nas with his alimony settlement which is beyond rediculous...

Its not negative publicity, but its not good publicity either. Scarface is already a legend, he can get on all of the major websites and magazines when he wants too without going to jail.
