Title: Performing With A Hiphop Icon!!!
Post by: AlerG on March 08, 2011, 10:19:41 AM: As some of you may know, my band MicLordz & Sauce Funky has been on tour with Sen Dog for the last little while touring the mid west and on our way down to Florida to finish it off. Last night in our home away from hometown show in Mt.Clemons, MI our full band join Sen Dog on stage to perform 'How I Could Just Kill A Man' which we've been covering for the better part of 2 years. It was an absolute incredible experience calling out here is something you can't understand, and having Sen screaming how i could just kill a man. We all shared verses, and we did the live Rage Against The Machine version from their Renegades album.
Just thought i'd let all the dubcc homies know about this, seeing as he's a WestCoast icon and it was an incredible experience. The stories he's told us about legends like 2Pac back in the digital underground days, to pretty much every hiphop and rock icon we could think of has been eye opening and just something to take with us for the rest of our lives. I really hope to see some Dubcc cats in the future while were touring across North America. Anyway, we'll be posting live footage and pics of the performance last night shortly on our site http://www.MicLordz.com check it out.

I'd be willing to bet you'd change your mind if you saw us live.
How is a member of Cypress Hill not considered a hiphop icon. They were a groundbreaking group in the 90's. I guess it's just a matter of opinion.

Oh on a side note. At the show in Sandusky the other night. Sen heard us jamming Hypnotized and Juicy by Biggie and called us up to play them in his set as well on March 9th to celebrate the 14 year passing of Notorious B.I.G.
