I'm thinking about copping this. I just got bored with the same workout lately and once I plateaued I just stopped going to the gym like a chump.

I need something new. I heard its a new workout everyday so that would keep me from boredom plus putting the money down would motivate me to stick tot he program.

Is this the best program because I heard there's a couple on the market.

It's amazing.

I don't know if I would buy it though. People have videos on Youtube of themselves doing to the workout with the DVD playing in the back. You see the motion of the exercise & you save $140 lol.

The Ab-Ripper CD they have is nuts. I don't know if I'll ever be able to do the entire thing lol.
