Title: My hip is killing me

I fell down my stairs at work the other day and it hurts sooo bad. I think I broke something.

Anybody broke a bone before and know how it feels? Should I see a doc? I know this is the last place I should be looking for medical advice but I'm just bored at home and my phone is dead so there's nobody else to talk to lol
