My dad used to tell me this story , I THINK it was about Winston Churchill, but I could be wrong, somebody clue me in.
He said there was a peace treaty with Russia (I guess maybe it was an english peace treaty?), or somethign to that effect, and when it came time to shake hands, he refused, and said 'I don't shake hands with commies'
LOL is there any truth to that, or do I have the wrong guy? I just saw somebody mention Churchill in another thread, and it popped in my head.

well Churchill was the guy who came up with the whole Iron Curtain phrase, so it's possible
