On July 14th of 2008, PSD Tha Drivah was accused of attempting to board a flight to Oklahoma with 6,000 ecstasy pills hidden in his clothes, which were discovered after he was selected for a security screening.
PSD later pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute MDMA, otherwise known as ecstasy. He was sentenced in October 2011 to 46 months in prison, followed by 36 months of supervised release.
In April 2012, San Francisco law enforcement made 25 arrests after busting a nationwide drug ring linked to the Thizz Entertainment rap label. Federal agents seized 45,000 Ecstasy pills, 4 pounds of crack cocaine, 1/2 pound of heroin, $200,000, and 230 acres of property reportedly used as a marijuana growing operation.
PSD served little to no time for a FEDERAL drug case and after the Thizz bust some began to wonder...

I don't expect to continue speaking on false statements or keep defending assaults to my character. What I know is that some men will call you a brother while laying in the grass waiting on their opportunity to strike like a snake. Accusations as such can kill the innocent. We all know that the Feds don't give a damn about any of us. However, we all know that there are nikkas like Diggs in every hood, cut from hoe cloth who live to gossip and promote confusion among the ranks all under the guise of being "real." These nikkas search youtube for conspiracy theories and the basic education they never achieved in grade school. The reality is that this nikka don't care about anyone doing time. He's out for self-promotion...the soul of a hoe. Let the record reflect that ain't nan nikka in jail or free that can say PSD or STEVEN DAVISON is or was the reason for them being in jail. I did my time and suffered silently! Real money. No twos and fews and no middle nikka. And still got back PRETTY as a bytch! Even after all the shade he throwing at my glow, none of it will equate to album sales for him. He should've been asked to suck me dry and got told no instead of watching me piss.
