Since last Saturday's altercation between 40 Glocc and The Game and his BWS crew people have speculated on whether or not it could escalate to the point where somebody could get seriously injured, or if the police would get involved. During a recent interview with Vlad TV, 40 made it clear that he won't be pressing charges and he doesn't feel like anyone will be killed as a result of the ongoing beef.
"The police can suck my d*ck," 40 said emphatically. "The police know damn well I don't give no motherf*cking statements. Like I said this sh*t is entertainment. Aint no motherf*cking statements. Aint no charges pressed. Just keep it 100 with me like that too though."
At one point Vlad said he was glad everyone walked away without there being any funerals.
"There aint gonna be no funerals from this," 40 responded.

(AllHipHop News) Rappers Game and 40 Glocc called into Philadelphia radio station Power 99FM tonight (July 10), to discuss their recent altercation.
The two rappers were featured on Cosmic Kev’s “Celebrity Tuesdays” segment of his long-running, popular, nightly radio show.
Game checked in from France, where he offered up his opinion on the altercation, which took place during a mansion party in the Hollywood Hills over the weekend.
“This is the guy who ran up on Weezy [Lil Wayne] with 40 guys pulling out guns, you know? This is the guy who ran up on Plies at Jamie Foxx’s video shoot with 40 guys you know? This is the same guy with five or 10 guys with him at the pool party, I don’t know,” Game said. “They all disappeared, he ended up by himself. That’s how it happens when you’re rolling with suckers.”
Game denied reports that he was at the party with dozens of gang members, and stated that 40 Glocc had more people in his entourage than he did.
Game described the altercation for Cosmic Kev.
“He’s walking down the driveway and he’s looking behind himself, trying to see if anybody’s coming because he’s terrified,” Game said.
Game claimed the rapper attempted to flee and tripped running while running downhill.
“I gave him a left to the rib cage, a right to the rib cage and then he hit this wooden piece, I guess somebody was cementing their driveway,” Game said. “He hit that with his face. He got up, I punched him [again] and knocked him down.”
Game explained that during the altercation, he managed to unlock his iPhone himself, pull up his video recorder and videotape a portion of the incident.
Game said that after his camera stop rolling, he left the scene, but a member of his entourage also assaulted 40 Glocc, which was also videotaped and will be released shortly as “the directors cut.”
40 Glocc called in shortly after Game’s interview and discussed his side of the altercation.
“I got jumped three, four times. I say three, cause the other one was him trying to pistol whip me and him missing,” 40 Glocc told Cosmic Kev. “Any footage you see of me with my hat off, it’s all edited. All of it started with guns drawn on me from the back. I had to dip and run and they had to chase me down with the pistols.”
40 Glocc claimed that Game pulled his pistol and put it to his head during the altercation, but that footage was edited to make it look like 40 Glocc was simply running away.
“At the car, I was already jumped. I wasn’t just jumped once, I was jumped three times. The whole thing started when they ran behind me with the guns, they chased me with down with the guns,” 40 Glocc said.
40 Glocc said a possible resolution to his issue with Game was a one-on-one fist fight, live in front of the cameras.

People get jumped everyday when they are out of bounds and get caught slippin'! That is just part of the game, if I run into a enemy why should I expect not to get jumped? Same goes if it is the other way around. You can hope for a pass or a fair one but nine times out of 10 your not going to get one. Only time your going to get a one on one fade is when the problem is internal or with allies or if its some type of mutual friend thing.

Having been a part of the LA gang scene and watched all of the shit that comes with that along with the transition to being a rapper, I'm sure that he picks his crew wisely. I don't doubt that his crew might be armed, but it's not like he has trigger-happy killers with him. The interview with his manager made it clear that that wasn't the case. Nobody wants a repeat of Snoop's murder trial.
2. Again, it was broad daylight in the parking lot of what looked like a pretty nice neighborhood where a pool party was taking place. It's not the smartest place to shoot somebody.
3. There were two cameras of some sort (iPhones or whatever) within Game's crew videotaping the incident. That alone should tell you that while you might get beat up and videotaped, nobody on that level is dumb enough to purposely videotape a shooting (or to shoot while videotaping). A fight is one thing, but an attempted murder will get you 5-10 years.

That being said, it wasn't five-on-one, it was just five guys who approached him, but there's no doubt that it was Game who was throwing down with him, so all that other talk is bullshit. Yeah, another guy jumped on him later, but only after Game left. Still a one-to-one, fair or not. But if he really didn't want to fight (which contradicts how he always presented himself), there's a way to get your point across to get both sides to mutually leave it alone.
For example, I went to a party in my neighborhood a while back. A drunk friend of mine slapped some girl's ass, and apparently that girl's boyfriend was there and rolled to the party with a group of four or five other dudes. That friend of mine ended up at my house, and the guys had followed him to my place not much later and came banging on my front door and causing problems. They wanted to beat his ass but I told them to fuck off and shut the door. They kept banging on the door, I opened it and pushed the first guy back since he was trying to force his way in. I told them that if they wanted to fight that they could come back the next morning, but it was already 3am and my neighbors were woken up by the noise and I didn't want there to be problems at that hour... though I made it clear that if they tried to come in, I wasn't gonna let it slide. They left my house and didn't come back... but I can't say the same for my friend once he left my house after I went to sleep. He got beat up by them at some point in the early morning hours. Which is why you don't go around, disrespecting people's girlfriends.

When dudes get in fights and they see their dads, their dads usually chastise them for getting into it, but it almost always ends with something like, "Did you at least get a few hits in?" or "How did the other guy look?" No one is bulletproof, and a gun being present certainly elevates the level of danger, but unless it's pointed straight at me, I'd be careful but I'm not automatically going to ball up in the corner or go into flight mode.

But you have to realize the situation. I highly doubt that that is how Game would deal with every confrontation. He went that route with 40 Glocc because it was 40 Glocc, who is notorious for bragging about doing shit and putting up videos on YouTube of them running up on people. So he went out of his way not just to record it but to add his commentary, which is why you can hear him call out 40's name while recording and asking him, "You want to upload this?" or something like that.
