I just looked up an old article on the incident. I always thought it was just Tha Realest and Draws that got shot but I see you're correct, this guy got shot too. But keep in mind that that studio was used by other people than Death Row. I would bet that they just happened to be at the studio at the same time.

And no that incident had nothing to do with the DMX/Foxy/Kurupt situation. It just happened around the time all that drama was going on so there were baseless rumors floating around because of that. It was most likely some gang shit.
