i dont think i ever chose chicken over any type of red meat if it was on the menu (unless of course i was going to a good chicken place)
i cant ever fathom choosing chicken over a nice steak, or juicy pork chop, or some tender beef brisket, or some pork belly.
god all i eat here is goddamn chicken

one thing im not fond of is breaking down a whole chicken (no bricks) and taking the gizzard etc out lol i prefer to by my chicken cut up lol

Depends, its hard to beat a good steak but i also like having a chicken schnitzel down at the pub but i think a good steak tastes better overall.
Chicken goes well with so many things and in so many ways but the thought of a perfectly cooked steak is more appealing than chicken.

go to a good steak place or just a place that has steaks, like outback (it isnt high end at all) and itll be great, not like going to dennys or TGI (if u guys have those in your country) and getting it.
i ate some french steak (actually from mumbai (bombay) beef) beef quality was crappy but we the taste was there. and i was glad to eat some damn beef

If you're cool with a chef or somethin you can still bring them the actual foie gras and they can cook it. The restaurant just cant purchase it in California. Stupidest law ever.
