its healthy to shit atleast 30 minutes after every meal so you need to make sure you shit atleast 1 a day or go see a doctor

i usually shit everyday, i guess its form all this indian food, cant wait till i get home, approximately a week and a day from now

Maybe its due to a change in the water.
I got constipated when I went on vacation last time till the final day...so very annoying (the constipation part).

I pretty much eat either ramen noodles, fried rice, or chicken
