Title: Two of the greatest civil rights minds debate
Post by: M Dogg™ on June 04, 2013, 08:50:34 PM
Malcolm X debates Bayard Rustin. Malcolm was a known militant, and Bayard was the man who told MLK that he had to get rid of his guns if he truly wanted a non-violent movement. Malcolm was the face of the Nation of Islam movement, Bayard studied non-violence under Gandhi in India. This is a truly amazing debate.

Responded, no what you think of this debate of two of the greatest civil rights minds. Malcolm, the traditional Muslim who was for separation, and Bayard who was the gay pacifist who was one of MLK's greatest advisors, though it was kept on the down low because of his sexuality. pun intended.
