This is a pretty good book about the importance of water for our body.
Written by Iranian doctor Fereydoon Batmaghelidj (R.I.P).
You can read/download the book here:

Or go to your local bookstore and buy a copy.
Enjoy!

underated topic, as we are primarily made of water.
it stands to reason that the quantity and quality of water we consume has a profound effect on our well being, on all levels.
apparently the best water on the planet is from hunza, glacial run off from the himalayas and surrounding valleys. people there are known to live a long time.

There might be other factors besides the water that make them live long.
Dr.Batmanghelidj who wrote the book spoke about the dangers of getting caught up in drinking "fancy" waters.
Use what you have at hand. To get rid of the chlorine which is found in most tap water he said to fill a jug and leave it out for a while, that way the chlorine evaporates.

There is also this website that documents cases of people having rid themselves of illnesses from a simple watercure, plus tons of other info:

As you can read there and also from Batmanghelidj's books; salt in addition to water is essential for our health.

Lately I've been at the point where I've been drinking too much water, to the point of nausea.

Just a reminder in case any of you decide you're going to turn a new leaf and start consuming mass amounts like it will be a cure all.
You can become sick and even die from too much water.

That is why it is good to read a book with proper recommendations.
Dr.Batmanghelidj's work is the best I have found so far on the topic.
The watercure website is also a good source for additional info, it has some nice audio interviews etc that are worth checking out.
