As I begun to write vol.1 in 2007 I was practically insane in a state of rage and psychosis with no medication all I would do is self medicate I would smoke marijuana etc. but while I was in this state I wrote page after page of scribble scrabble to one collect my thoughts and turn into either a book or an album. I have dual personality in which I am under treatment for 6 years. Later I have furnished this so that others can see, learn and read to know what it's like to live in psychosis. Lack of awareness lack of sense of reality full of rage & delusions. So this book is for the young ones troubled ones, to lead the way without violence & catastrophes unless necessary. Or for a parent who wants to understand the rage in their child or why they use marijuana. You will learn its to prevent kayatic behaviors in the future. Where in the past we used fist now we use bullets.

It's all good. I have learn to live with being an out of shape college football player. I've gotten to phases were I'll lose 30 pounds and get around 200, then gain weight over the next year. It's not like I'm a fat ass, just a thick ass Mexican!

Yeah, when my wife was pregnant I gained 15.. got up to 235. :P Been trying to eat healthier, but since she's always tired and I'm too lazy to make lunch, it was McDonald's for lunch twice a week... :o This pregnancy I'm trying real hard to eat healthier. I'm about to just eat nothing but baked chicken and veggies until I get back down to 200.

I played college ball at 200, and I was maxing out my bench at over 300 at the time. Now I'll never get back to that again. BUT that was when I was at my fastest and strongest. It's were I feel my best. Now who's to say that I get back down to 200 and since I'm older I would feel better at say... 180. But my first goal is 200. I can lose 35 pounds. Hey, my wife's pregnancy this time, I ain't gained weight, that's a bonus so far.
