After reading a FB rant about how after this album Drake not only was the best in the game, but would go down as the greatest ever, I want to stay far away from material that inspires such douchebaggery.

he's got a new project out with Esoteric and 7L....he's keeping it true to the underground heads.

the only thing i'll give Drake credit for is funding battle rap shows and allowing Elzhi to destroy him on a song (most rappers would be too scared to work with him)

Deck is the Wu's blunt roller/charge taker.  He's never had a memorable 16.  He's one of those dudes who's extra underground because he couldn't catch a solo buzz with a mitt and a 40oz.

Album is consistent as in its the same sort noise all the way through

Lots of shouting, electronic groaning and talking over beats

Ideas are low brow, songs are weak

5/10. Right down the middle  :D

So wheres this proof of TI gettin raped in jail n snitchin? Because provin Budden got hit by one guy w/ Raekwon in the room is as easy as typin it in the youtube or google search bar. LOL@ 5 deep. You know damn well one man hit him n he did nothin wouldnt even dare swing. Coward shit plain n simple. Also anyone dissin Inspectah Deck n callin him a weak link need to put a 12 gauge in they mouth n pull the trigger.

Lmao @ dude saying where's the proof? That's on some Law & Order type "yeah, we know my client killed that bitch...but you can't prove it".

Pull up in front of your local precinct with a trunk full of autos and see of they reduce that sentence from pretty much an automatic 25 to less than a year or whatever Cliff had to do. Until Chuck from the Feds comes through to your interrogation and says this federal crime will be a slap on the wrist if you give up a couple names. You'd take the deal.

As for the rape, Kim Percy aka Darkwing Duck aka Mike Madsen could beat Cliff in an arm wrestle. Son got manhandled in jail.

...but lol...even Rae said he came through with people. It would be one thing if Rae said he went alone and you took his word because you want to...but you just making things up, chief.

Somebody hits you you hit back plain n simple. As for the TI shit like I said wheres the proof wiggerboy? He been to jail way more than once n had beef w/ multiple rappers yet not none of them even make claims of him snitchin or bein raped. Shit, Big Meech said he looked into it n he couldn't find no info of TI rattin. But im supposed to believe some gay wannabe wigger from the suburban area of queens when he says it. LOL Ok Elton John go play in traffic or somethin.

"If you see Joe Buddens in the street, just slap him in the back of the neck 'cause he's so full of it," Shan said in an interview. "He's trying to use the Internet, there's nothing wrong with it, but when somebody punches you in your eye and puts it on film and makes you apologize, quit. Quit -- most of the time you outnumbered. I would have took the punch in the eye, right, but forget about me apologizing. You already punched me in my eye, picture me apologizing. I better not catch one of y'all by yourself -- Joe Buddens does a show on BlogTV, I used to do shows on BlogTV. You can go on there and watch his videos and see how corny he is. Joe Buddens, I don't care, I'ma see you and if you wanna pop off, that's what it is. But I'ma be by myself, so it's gonna be a one-on-one. So if either one of us get an eye jammie we ain't gonna say the crew did it, n*gga. Understand me? 'Cause I don't like you anyway -- Joe, from your man MC Shan, the battle n*gga, you ain't nobody, relax bro. You made one record."

QB legend n rap pioneer, MC Shans take on it. Bet Elton doesnt even know who Shan is n hes from the same boro. SMFH.

Lmfaooooo Shan's remarks were greatness. Budden takes L's left and right. It's almost an inside joke with his fans. Budden got jumped. There's a picture of Rae with with a guy in the shot. Other dudes in the trailer.

I already said little nigga, roll up to your local precinct with the trunk full of automatic weapons. That's proof in itself fucknigga.

Lol @ makes us look bad. Ima assume you're too pussy to post your picture because you ain't tryna make Jersey look bad.

Stayed in his lane and made a consistent sounding album. Not revolutionary or ground breaking, but gets his point across. Beyond the Wu Tang Forever track (which I was expecting much more from) and the track after (still kept the It's Yours deal going on there), he also mentioned Cappadonna and he quoted Prodigy from Keep It Thoro on Tuscan Leather. Guess he was big into NY Hip Hop.

Deck had his spots. Just like U-God. But, if I'd have to rank the Wu Members, while in the group, I think it'd go:

Ghost
GZA
Meth
Rae (individually he's right after GZA)
RZA
Deck
ODB
Masta Killa
U-God

The DJ Dahi produced song "Worst Behavior" got me CRAZY!

like stated before its kind of boring...I liked "Started from the Bottom" but that track where he sings is definitely up for snooze-fest of the year

I honestly never even heard ODB's solo albums while I've heard at least 75% of all other Wu releases group and solo wise

guess I should hop on that lol

Do yourself a favor and check them out. At least his first one. Personally, I think "Nigga Please" is tight, too, but "Return to the 36 chambers" got that pure, original Wu vibe to it.

yeah dude the first ODB album is a classic...

i prefer the radio edit to the album verison of brooklyn zoo only becasue i had that shit on cassette many months prior to the album coming out and thats all i was bumping for that whole spring. i got so used to the edited version the album version wasnt the same.

they had karate chops and shit in the spots where there would be cussing so it was all good.

That Hold on we're going home is the smooth shit on the freeway at night with the speakers up.  Sounds extra clean.

+1 for keeping it trill  8)

I don't see how anybody can possibly hate on that song, I don't listen to the radio so it isn't played out to me, smooth track for sure
