i think there will be an increase in a threat of terrorism...but the likelyhood of a terrorist obtaining and using weapons of mass destruction are lessoned

Poorly worded question.
In the short term, a small group of people will have more reason to bomb the West. But a) security si tighter, and b) in the long term, war will stop hate being peddled, and Iraq will become happier.

and if there is a terrorist out there who tries to fuck with the US , great britain, or spain..........PLEASE BELIEVE, they're only going to be increasing the violence against the arab world

Yes, because SCUDs and chemical weapons aren't WMD. Neither are Al Massoud missiles. Of course.

The German specialists in Kuwait checked those missiles and announced they weren't SCUDs. But even if they were: The U.N. inspectors were in the process of destroyin' those weapons but - as we all know - they had to leave the country. You'd use the still intact ones too if someone would attack your country. There's still no proof the Iraqis have chemical weapons!

Blix found 6 chemical warheads-"old" ones, lol. There are over 100 kilos of missing chemicals and biological agents.
And no, Blix said he would not have been able to disarm Iraq entirely, with all the time in the world.

Blix presented his plans for the next three months to the U.N last week - he was against the sudden attack and quite surprised about the fact the USA bypass the U.N. in such a manner! They probably coudn't disarm Iraq entirely but to an extend where the country woudn't be a possible danger to its neighbours. Don't think the U.N. inspectors would have left Iraq after a few months - they'd observe the Iraq for quite a long time.

Yea this is what I've been thinking about. If the US/UK knew Iraq had these chemical/biological WMDs, wouldn't it be taking an immense risk sending thousands of ground troops into Iraq? Couldn't Saddam just set these weapons up, use them and wipe out a whole bunch of allied forces pretty easily?
Or maybe, just maybe they knew there were no such weapons and thats why they feel so confident about going in there. Hmmm
