he looks like a dictator on this pic. My history lecturers always told me that the Us was the first democracy in the world. I think they're wrong. The US is just another theocracy.

there was no democracy in ancient greece/rome/whatever. get some knowledge.

Greece had democracy. Not Sparta, no. But at times, Athens, etc, had it.
And Rome? The Republic was a democracy. OH GOD PLEASE how do you not know that? Marius was an ELECTED consul.
