Suge Knight claims he's been stripped of all rights in jail ... and now he sits alone in solitary, with no visitors ... not even his mother.
Suge filed legal docs, obtained by TMZ, in which he says the L.A. County Sheriff's detective in charge of his murder case got a judge to shut down his ability to communicate with the outside world for an indefinite period of time.
Suge says he's now sitting in isolation, unable to even make a phone call.
The docs don't say why the Sheriff's Dept. wants Suge radio silent ... it could have something to do with alleged witness intimidation. We've reached out to the Dept. but they're not talking.
Suge claims his basic human rights are being violated. He's been in jail for more than a year after being charged with murder. Suge ran over a guy at a burger joint parking lot in Compton.

They are doing this to hinder his ability to shift money. They know he had a lot more than he is declaring, a lot more. This is also why his bail was set to such a ridiculous amount. They want to strip this man of his money, the money they suspect is hidden.
Putting homes onto the open market is an age old trick, as is the declaration of bankruptcy. I guess he has, or has had some very good accountants.

But the justice system is so fucked up. George Zimmerman killed a minor and got to sit at home for the majority of the time he awaited trial. But Suge murders someone snd he's locked in confinement. Smh Amerikkka.

If you check out the Chaos Merchants thread I made it talked about Russell Poole meeting with the Sheriff's regarding new evidence in the Pac/Biggie case. But he also was telling them it would be a conflict of interest for them to be involved in Suge's case (it fell under the Sheriff's jurisdiction) because he had evidence that the Sheriff's were involved in the attempt on Suge life at the 1OAK nightclub. Makes me think that Russell was right and the Sheriff's want to protect themselves.

Likely true. Right or wrong, his public image is going to come into play. All a good lawyer needs to do is present the information surrounding his late 90's incarceration. They need to present reasonable arguments that he could have planned and executed a hit on Biggie, set up goons to interfere with public appearances by Dre, Snoop, and other rival artists, and potentially extorted or threatened others. On the one hand, we can argue how the media played him but his label put out an album while he was in prison that published supposed letters from Snoop and Daz that indicated they were terrified that members of his Piru set would find them.
I mean, this isn't music industry shakedown shit anymore. This is a murder trial. Any judge is going to look at the history of influencing things through intimidation and likely put a block on it so he can't influence witnesses. If this were 1992 and he were still a shadow behind the scenes, grabbing contracts so that a major record label could make hundreds of millions of dollars, it might work, but it's 2016. He's been very publicly in and out of prison cells and court rooms for over twenty years now. It's post-9/11 America. Let's not forget. OJ Simpson is now serving a 30+ year prison stint, not for the 1994 murder, but for shaking down a memorabilia dealer with goons at gunpoint in a Vegas hotel room. Now, remember, Suge and Katt Williams were already awaiting trial for stealing photos off a paparazzi phone they took through force.

Suge ain't broke,no way in hell,out of all the hundreds of millions he made he never paid any of his artists so he defo not broke,jus acts like he is so he don't have to payout!! Even if he's in solitary he could still intimidate people.
