Title: DJ King Assassin "leaks" Dear Mama (OG VERSION)
Post by: CORREA on May 05, 2016, 06:26:21 PM
someone forgot to tell this retard this has been leaked over 5 years ago

King Assassin (who was present for much of the Me Against The World recordings) shares the record today, explaining the following: “The original version of ‘Dear Mama’ was far different than the version that was released, as far as the hook was constructed. Originally, the hook was a sample of a song from the legendary rapper and friend of both of ours named Yo-Yo, from Ice Cube’s [Da] Lench Mob. The sample was ‘Wouldn’t be a damn thang without a woman,’ which was taken from the original song from Ice Cube’s ‘This Is A Man’s World,’ with the scratching done, of course, by yours truly DJ King Assassin. The day after we had finished up on everything we were in Echo Sound in L.A. when Tupac comes in the studio very upset and proceeds to explain to us that we had to take out Yo-Yo’s part because a person by the name of Pat Charbonet would not give us the clearance to use that part in the song, so we had no choice but to take it out and that’s where even the Richard Pryor excerpt, which you will hear, is completely off the released version of the song.”

hes not even the producer or composer of the song! This is the same guy that said he produced days of a criminal from 1988 and All Out from 2Pac's last session in 1996. When infact no one worked with 2Pac his whole life and The assassin that 2pac shoutouts on All Out is Damon The Assassin Thomas, whom also produced smile and hell 4 a hustler. A entirely different person.

So Assman did "Real Bad Boys", "Judgment Day", "All Out" & now had a hand in "Dear Mama". Hilarious.
the 'way he wanted it' was a new lowpoint in pac bootlegs. str8 garbage.
he originally said he coproduced Judgement Day with Stretch, then when it leaked it was too obvious it was a Live Squad production, he changed his story and said he came out with the song title lol

And TILL THIS DAY people still think he produced ALL OUT! LIKE THAT RETARD @ HACK AND @Mietek23 LOL fuck this fake ass liar.

This dj king assassin is a scumbag

This guy is such a fucking leech and bullshitter. I honestly hope someone would shoot this fucker. I find it rather ridiculous he provides this song but removes the intro "Masta T drop something for my Mama". As that would have indicated he didn't produce the track. I wish Tom Whalley would have offered this version in cdq on itunes though as a tribute.

Also is this guys Instagram filled with bots or what? Exactly how can you follow 195,000 other profiles when Instagram has a 7000 profile limit? King Assassin cant get 500,000 followers, almost as much as the official 2Pac profile. And his post only gets 2000 likes when he has 500,000 followers? Yeah fucking right. This guy scams everything.
fake ass Assassin is just an attention whore
he listed himself in the composer infos

Good post.
I was always a bit skeptical that this guy dj assassin was a fraud.
He claimed he made a song together rapping with 2pac called "real bad boy killaz" , and claiming he produced it. The track is below:

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=HRjgripWWZc

But it turns out that this track was ripped off from an original track from 1994 called "tha mind of a bad boy" who pac raps together with "dee tha mad bitch" , and its produced by brian "the wino" dobbs, (which did alot of work for coolio on his 1994 and 1995 albums) and the guitars done by "Stan The Guitar Man". The production on this track is clearly too old school to have been made when pac was on death row when 2pac started dissing bad boy.
Also this original track is not dissing bad boy at all, as it was made before he got shot and had a fallout with biggie.

I knew something smelt fishy about this dj assassin dude. So its clear now he's a phoney

The real original track is below:

you guys can try to dirty his name up but he DID produce the OG Real Bad Boyz with Dobbs (Dobbs was co producer) and the fact it was released on his album (that also features Rated R and Shock G) should show he was down

Assassin also did a lot of work in the early 90's with South Central Cartel

Sorry dude but the original "tha mind of a bad boy" featuring only "dee tha mad bitch" is fully produced solely by "brian the wino Dobbs".

Dj assassin made a remix to the original track , adding his vocals to the track, with a different beat on assassins vocals.
This remix was called "real bad boy killaz", which was made after 2pac died. This remix can be claimed as co-produced with dj assassin and wino dobbs, but not the original track which was made in 1994 before 2pac got shot in new York, which was when 2pac was down with biggie.

Its oxymoron to think that 2pac made a song saying "bad boy killaz" while biggie was 2pac's homey. Get it?....

Why was the version with dee on ASSASSIN hitworks vol 1?  nobody denies the version with assassin is a remix bro

If that's the case, then he just got given the track by someone who was involved with the original track like Dobbs, because they can't use the track officially, because of all the headache it would get to have clearance from afeni and interscope, so assassin paid him an x amount of dollars for him to handover the track and do what he wants with it, which resulted in assassin putting the track on his Indy compilation , and making a remix as well.

All I know is he had nothing to do with the making of the original track.he just was able to put a track out that nobody heard before from pac besides those who were part of the making of the song.
"Judgement day" featuring Dee tha mad bitch, was made around the same time, in 1994. That was produced by the live squad.

Both "judgement day" and "tha mind of a bad boy" were produced by other people, and assassin had no part in making them.
The productions of these tracks sound nothing like the other beats that assassin has made, and his beats all sound very basic or cut and paste instrumentals from other artists songs. He's no real producer.

Whereas on the other hand Brian dobbs and live squad are quality producers who've made real hits for pac and coolio in the past, and their productions of other tracks are much more matching to those two 2pac tracks each attributed to them of having produced
