"The name Rhythmalism alone tells you what I was doing. I was mixing up rhythms. I was meshing R&B with hip-hop and jazz. And a little bit of comedy. I love the intro on Rhythmalism. The Rhythmalism intro is funny as shit. I'm trying to do rock and roll-grunge-metal and end up dying at the end of the song, hyperventilating, passing out. El Debarge, that record was really about him. I was going for Q4, I was going to do 'Safe & Sound 2,' after 'Safe & Sound.' But when I met him—I met him at the House of Blues. He was everything that I thought he was, just seeing him on TV and listening to him on the radio" - DJ Quik

I only cut the intro from So Many Ways in order to purpose this 12-track bootleg version with cover based on You'z A Ganxta CD single. Although i loved (one of my fav West coast album) Safe + Sound, (and older Quik albums) i never really gave attention to Rythm-Al-Ism but  i loved this promo version.

Sorry for resurecting this old topic but i'd like to know if this is same advance version of Rhythm-al-ism than Quik the man because they differ, have a look
https://www.discogs.com/fr/DJ-Quik-Quik-Is-The-Man/release/6833259

side A track3  : Coast 2 Coast feat 2nd II None, AMG (wrong title or real other song?)
side A track 4 : Give It 2 Me (wrong title or real other song?)
side B track 4: All Night Long (wrong title or real other song?)

If someone can clarify, thank you

Pretty sure it's the same. Song titles match lyrics in the chorus of these songs:

Coast 2 Coast = Speed
Give It 2 Me = Whateva U Do
All Night Long = El's Interlude

Ya, and I was wrong about All Night Long. That one is El's Interlude.
