"Thankyou for keeping America free"

Like, what would have happened to America if they didn't invade?

Even if they wanted to, they couldnt even picture in their military primitive minds the capability, and technology needed to pull it off

almost all yall are opposed to the war but in america.. the mob rules.. and bush will be president next year and im not worried whatsoever.

someone has to play police.. hussein is just like hitler or stalin.. he really wanted to control the world.. world domination was his goal.. i feel comfortably numb knowing that he isnt a threat.

hussein is just like hitler or stalin..

And I'm Michael fucking Jackson.

Stalin had the strongest ground army in the world at that time, and he controlled the worlds largest country with an iron fist, as well as having many other satellite states.

Hitler in 1940 controlled most of mainland Europe, and if it wasn't for Britain valiantly holding him off while waiting (and waiting and waiting and waiting and waitin..would somebody bomb Pearl Harbour already!) for the US to help out the Nazis would have been in control of Europe.

Saddam was a tinpot dictator of a war ravaged country; his neighbours Israel, Iran and Saudi Arabia would be able to destroy him in any war, he had no dangerous weapons, and while he had loads of chemical weapons in 1991 the best quality chemical weapons expire in 5 years maximum.

To put Saddam on the same level as Stalin is stupid, and to put him on the same level as Hitler is an insult to the hundreds of millions who lost their lives in World War 2.

i was in favour of the war because sadam was tyrant (somebody who forces their leadership) and he had many iraqi's murdered, he had a history of using WMD weather or not he had them b4 the war is another case. but for those ppl who thaught we should have waited another 12 years to remove him or jus sit and watch or wateva, i think what machiavelli was quite fitting

you must know that there are two ways to carry out a contest; the one by law, and the other by force. the first is pracised by men and the other by brutes; and as the first is often insufficient, it becomes necessary to resort to the second

in my opinion ppl should stop squabbling over the means and look to the end. his regime is gone, iraq needs to be rebuilt and made safe again so it can prosper as it should
