What killed Ricky Harris and Crazy Toones? Anyone know?

Seems suspicious to me that, to my knowledge, no information has yet emerged (maybe it has and I haven't found it). Makes me think it's something embarrassing like AIDS.

People aren't really dying of AIDS in 2017. Especially celebrities who have money for treatment.
