Well I don't, lyrics are great, concept is cool but if you can't deliver it properly then it's not dope imo!
Some rappers don't have any great lyrics and/or dope concept but their delivery (flow/style/charisma) is so dope that you can feel their music anyway!

The accent allowed him to use flows he wouldn't have been able to pull off.
He flowed his ass off on some tracks on that album though. That album wasn't great, but between Relapse, Recovery, MMLP2 & inevitably Revival, Relapse is above all of them.

Relapse and MMLP2 are both really great to me. I didn't like Recovery that much but it had it's moments with songs like "Seduction", "So Bad", "On Fire", "No Love", "WTP" and "Cold Wind Blows".
