It's just an audio rip of the video, complete with the punching sounds and everything. No better quality than what was posted above.  Ashame too, figure there has to be a CDQ floating around somewhere, probably on the underground scene.

I hadn't. The mp3 i have was the audio from this video. Didn't realize until i saw the video that was where it came from.
