Hook and most of the verse is from "Balls N Brains" a unreleased track that is on his greatest hits album.

Damn I think I know too much about this guys music... lol

It's a shame when people use the term freestyle when they're just reciting one of their old verses. I love Spice one, but this is a Jay-Z move

However it's unfortunate that the term "freestyle" means they're free to use any style they like. People mix it up with "off the top" all the time. Fuck even in "freestyle" there's so many different types.

freestyle
off the top of the dome
battle freestyle
battle spoken word(the bullshit they do now with no beat)
cypher

and I'm pretty sure I left a huge amount off the list
