Suge Knight's chances of getting out of jail to attend his mother's funeral have dwindled down to about zero ... because rules are rules.
We spoke to the L.A. County Sheriff's Department who tells us Suge can't get his hands on a "get out of jail free" card to attend events ... even if that event happens to be his own mother's funeral. As we reported, Maxine Chatman died Sunday.
The reason's simple ... Suge's an inmate who falls under a category that makes him ineligible to attend funerals -- he's a homicide suspect. Suge's in jail awaiting trial for murder".
That being said, Suge could file a petition with the court, but the likelihood of a court going against the Sheriff's Department is slim.

They actually do let some people out for this type of thing, but it varies by state.
I'm aware of that, but Suge Knight who is still a powerful figure and currently on trial for murder and some? I don't see any judge in any state sympathizing for him as fucked up as it may be

If he were already convicted and sentenced and serving time (all assuming he’s guilty), then that’s a different story. But they’re not going to let you out when you’re on trial for murder.

It’s not sellout shit, it’s the way the world works. Do you think that every inmate should get let out whenever there is a family incident?
While I’m sure Suge is mourning the loss of his mother, I guarantee he’s not complaining about not getting a temporary release for the funeral. He’s not new to the system and has been in this life for decades, he knows the price you have to pay.

You must never been to jail. For one, he's in the county jail so no way, no how would they let him out for a funeral I don't care if his whole family got killed. Prison maybe, county jail, fuck no. Two, he's a flight risk by it being a homoside case. It's a risk of him running, and also a bigger risk of someone trying to retaliate at the funeral. LA County sheirf department ain't playin those types of games never.
