Deeper than many of the other mentions in this thread.. and the title says "deepest/dopest", the latter being more of a personal preference/taste.

"dopest" has to be a whole other thread lol in that case I'd have guys like Nas up there who damn sure don't have "deep" voices

To add on though, Tyler, the Creator has a sort of deep, raspy rapping voice, probably helped, perversely, by his suffering from asthma.
I'm reminded also of Tone Loc's feature on Above the Law's 'Uncle Sam's Curse' album - almost comically raspy.
