Post by: gio™fugahoo on December 16, 2018, 05:40:20 AM
Been listening to TQ tnsmc the passt week a lot
What a tight fine album
The features are on point
The production was top notch
I would say it’s a classic for what it is
Idk gangsta R’ n B’ 😆

Where mauzip at ?
Lol

I know TQ did more albums
The second coming was ok
I fuck with daily
But I think he never did something in the style from his first
Or am I wrong???

He has a couple of songs here and there TNSMC style...

He’s actually releasing a 20 year anniversary version of the album at the end of the month, which you can only purchase in combination with a bunch of merchandise on www.therealtq.com. Hopefully he’ll release it as an individual cd, otherwise it’ll be the first TQ album I don’t own :o

TNSMC was a dope album.  Really underrated outside of westcoast heads.  Anybody know if there are gonna be added tracks to the 20th Anniversary edition?  I can't find any info on the tracklist on his website or online.

It's a great album with decent, less obvious features, ie no Snoop, Dre, DJ Quik etc.  I usually listen to it once a year or so.
'Gangsta R n' B' is a good term for the album I suppose; it's very smooth, but then you get the harder features and lyrical topics scattered throughout.

Had a spark when he started but now he just garbage. The CM days had him on loads of unreleased cuts, both full songs and features. Sure I've got a some promo discs here from back then that I could rip because he had a great voice and a good ear for beats.

Anybody got that picture of TQ, Daz and Kurupt from behind the scenes of "The Comeback" music video? I posted it YEARS ago in that pic thread.

This album is amazing. One of the best tracked albums IMO. It sounds like they tied each track together to create on big story. one track ends and the next track continues where the other left off..
