Title: Hostyle - Weekend (1995)

Hostyle (Quicc 2 Mac and Chaos) were featured a bit on Snoop's cuz Lil 1/2 Dead's albums from the mid 90s. I've always liked Quicc 2 Mac's flow. But has anyone heard about their unreleased album Weekend? Some guy recently posted a 5 track cassette Demo, including a song called Friday Night, which is probably the best unreleased g funk song I've heard in a few years. That chorus is classic, as the song's interpolation of Funkin 4 Jamaica.

There's also a track that seems like the Shoulda Been Down (OG). The lyrics are the same, but the beat is different than the DJ Quik version I've bumped for years.

Good post man. This album is short but tight. Do you happen to have their song off their single ' Should a been down' called Everybody's rappin. Contact me if you do i'd love to have it

Dope song. Snoop and HD ain't related though, but Half Dead is first cousins with Nate Dogg.
