Looks like this might be some stuff from the vault. The “How Ever You Want It” track feat Snoop is from right before Jayo and Snoop started beefing back in the day. Will be nice to finally have that track in high quality (fingers crossed)

James Savage product was top notch, worth the wait.
If the production is decent on both of these, Jayo fans are in for a treat, still has that killer flow.
On another note, can't believe I've been posting here for like 18 years, older than some on here ;D 8)

These are out. My initial thoughts:
- Mixing kinda sucks on some songs. These albums are definitely nowhere near the level of quality that the James Savage album had
- The song with Snoop sounds like a cassette or vinyl rip. Big disappointment as I was hoping to get that higher quality.
- The song “Fake Pimp” has a beat very similar to the track that Game & Yukmouth did called “Peace” where they “squashed” the beef but Game actually dissed Yuk on. I’m assuming that’s because they’re both Jelly Roll beats
- Some cool songs between the two releases, but the overall quality is disappointing for me.

Just listened to "In The Trenches" and "Hoodinvasion" on Spotify, and on $350 headphones, 90% of the tracks sounds unmixed, nearly none of the tracks sound clear nor crisp..
I loved the James Savage album, dope beats, properly mixed, well thought out cameos and beat selections..
Sad to say, both of these latest releases sounds like a random unofficial B-side/mixtape/leftovers collection.

Ya my point was you should use streaming services as a “try before you buy” thing, not that it would sound better. You’re right though it’s a bunch of roughly mixed, leftovers that was sourced from MP3’s.

Yeah, so they replied back and said when I ordered the CDs the site was in a "test" mode and so my card wasn't actually charged--which was correct, it was not. They said the CDs weren't available yet but did send me free digital copies "for my trouble." The guy said he would let me know when CDs were actually available.
