thanks for sharing.
Listening to those snippets confirms Mel-Man is the reason why Chronic 2001 was so dope to listen to.

+1000
we need mel-man with dr dre again
-
The song with Scarface is dope. Smitty used an updated version of that beat on his song with The Game.
-
can anybody explain why they are disappeared after 2001?
mel-man doesnt even have a social media.
hittmas has twitter and if he could record as much as he tweeted, he would release 10 albums till now.
are they banned from industry?

part of the reason
none of these beats are nearly as dope, not layered wit the same mastry or sonically perfected like what we heard wit the ones produced by dre on 2001

Hittman dropped three projects after leaving Aftermath. Mel-Man made a beat here and there. His solo beats are definitely different what you hear on "2001". He fell out with Dre in '02-'03 for a while. Big Chuck (Aftermath A&R), Mel-Man, Eric B, Neff-U and others were goin' to start a record company together, but that never happened.

Really? There's "Hittmanic Verses" and then he put out a deluxe version of it in 2018 with new unreleased songs.

hittmanic verses is just murda weapon, which was basically his aftermath debut officially released on another label. so thats why i’m sayin his only non-aftermath project is that ep.

Yeah, it was missing some songs though and had a few on it that were not goin' to be on the album as far as I know. It's a classic though.
