Did Too Cool ever release an album? I thought he was the most talented any unreleased music from him?

He probably produced most of it, but definitly not all of it "Right Place Wrong Time" is by Tha 4th Dimension and "We Don't Love You No Mo'" is by Goldie Loc

OMG that timing is all over the place.  I can't even listen to it.
