I bump this shit every year bout this rhyme.... very under-rated and below the radar album. I remember the video gettin played a couple times Christmas 96' but never even saw the album anywhere till like Summer 97' saw it on the used cd rack for like $7.00 resale. Then, every now and then I'd see it being sold around Christmas time in the late 90's.
This album had some great moments. The opener with the whole DPG/LBC fam was the single and video. The Dogg Pound joint "Wish I Had" is a heartfelt joint that is up to their prime standard of the mid-90's... Nate and Butch Cassidy have a banger on there, song that can bring you to tears, on the level of "I Don't Wanna Hurt No More" type of track--and a little backstory they recorded it right after Pac died. Even gay boy Danny got a gem on the album

still have to buy this one!

lmfao @ gayboy danny boy
yea this album was dope .. not classic like we expected from death row during this era, but still had its share of bangers

I haven’t listened to the album yet but will break it out in the next couple of days.
I have been listening to the Cookin Soul x MF DOOM Christmas album on repeat though through YouTube which is brilliant and I advise everyone check out.

I like the Nate Dogg/Butch Cassidy one and the last track (6 feet deep?). I can play those around the kids lol

Yeah that's the joint they recorded when Pac died. They were already in the studio and found out he died. The story popped up in a magazine article somewhere.

Pretty dope for a novelty album. I bump certain tracks off it around the holidays. The Nate track is definitely a keeper.
