To me, it's quite the opposite. I think the video is pretty cool and looks like it was professionally edited. Nice choice of colors, contrasts and smooth animations, which follow the track's lyrics. All good to me.

Aside from me having no idea what you're talking about, it appears we have different definitions of key words like: professional. The difference between production budgets couldn't be more obvious when compared to videos that actually have them. Doja Cat's budget blows this to smithereens and that's on the entry level higher end of things. Doggystyleeee doesn't even have a manager and his iPhone-shot music videos look like a movie compared to this... Hell, just compare Snoop's older music videos - no need to use other artists.
