Title: Guess what Country has the MOST Institutes in the World?

INDIA!!! I'll bet you thought I was gonna say America.  Well, they're Number 2.  We have one FOURTH the population of India, but yet have ONE HALF the number of Universities as India.  that's TWICE as many Institutes, per citizen.  Nobody else in the world even comes close to the amount of institutes contained in India (who must be extremely conscious about education) and America.  Hell, I HEAR that people even travel to america to take classes in our universities.
