Title: Puerto Rico

Isn't Puerto Rico a subdivision of the United States?  Isn't it a captured territory or something?  Why don't we just make it part of the union.... OHHHHH, I GET IT! It's because the United States isn't an Imperialist society, we're not interested in the acquisition of foriegn lands, ohhhh, I forgot about that.  

Virgin Islands, Samoa, Guam, Ira.. nevermind.
