Did anyone see this week's episode of Sopranos?  I didn't know that Christopher Columbus was Italian!  I guess I forgot. I've been outta school for too long!

Not really new to me...think he was from Genova, not sure about that though

He Was Italian.. But The Italian Emperror Thaught That He Was Crazy, Willing To Reach The End Of The World, So Columbus Went To Spain, Because The Spanish Emperor Was A Fan Of Science And Handed Comumbus Ships, Even Though He Thaught That His Idea Was Quite Odd

Yeah, first the italians refused to help him so he went to Portugal and they didn't help him either, finally he got sum boats in Spain
