What Hit Him
Thinking back, to all of the people who have done him wrong
Begins painting dark pictures in his mind…he desires to gun them all
Run them off…like they once did when he asked to go
To the mall with them or asked to play a game of basketbo
No-one chilled with him or even cared to talk
Jumped for no apparent reason everyday left him scared to walk
Alone in the streets…but really he didn’t have a choice
Never had a friend, not many people knew the sound of his voice
But everyone around knew the sound of his cries
The innocent child screams everyday of his life tears pouring’ out of his eyes
Sometimes contemplating suicide because nobody has any love to give
Why live in this world when the world hasn’t given him a life to live
Something severe happened at the end of his math period
Got beat in the head till he couldn’t move it was that serious
Blood was dripping down the side of his cheek
Was thought to be knocked unconscious since no one could get him to speak
Nigga who struck him got booked that very same day
What the guy used on him may have been thrown away
Or could have been misplaced
Nobody knows…it is still a mystery to this day
You know why? Cause What Hit Him…he wasn’t alive to say
