not his music...i still hate get low and bia bia, etc...i liked i dont give a fuck...that was alright. but his beats for other artists are good...i love the usher track...the song he did w/ bravehearts was pretty dope. i cant remember anymore off the top of my head but as a producer i like him. just wish he'd stop rapping

1. lil jon's beats are all similar as for their patterns
and i do even see that
2. those patterns are simple
i admit, i'm not capable of judgin how much exactly it's more amateur and fake than dre, timbaland, necro, 9th wonder, kanye west or whoever, but matter of fact i do feel sum of his beats nevertheless and if a beat sounds dope to you then IMO you don't have to analyze it in order to find out whether it's complicated enuff or not
so to speak what makes lil jon a good producer is that he manages to put simple ass beats together that still become club hits and are felt by many people

Yeah exactly, everyone was making it out as some sort of club banger, but it lacks the punch needed for major club success, mainly because as Sccit said the production of it seems quite amateurish. My friend had that shit playing in his car which is fully subbed out, and I still didn't feel any need to nod my head or do anything to the beat.

Who says his beats have to be complex to be tight? Really, Dre's beats aren't that complex. Timbo and Quik, they have more complexity in their beats. Dre's beats are very simple sounding. I think everyones just mad that Lil Jon is getting the recognition and he's from the South.

I've been in a club when that track has been on, and yeah girls were dancing to it, but what I'm saying is that compared to the other tracks they be playing in the clubs, it doesn't compell me to move.

I go to the club all the time, and for me "Yeah" is alright for about a minute but then the rhythm wears very thin, you then spend another minute and a half waiting for Luda to come in and pretty much save the track. I'm not saying that the girls don't love it, and that I don't dance to it if I got a dope girl dancing with me, but that its the sort of track that is gonna annoy me after a while every time they play it like Luda " Stand Up" did after about two weeks of hearing it in clubs. Its gonna become the "lets go and get another drink" track for me.
