this has to be one of the most underrated soundtracks of all time even though it only sold 500,000 copies, this album overall is a banger.
1. wanted dead or alive by 2pac and snoop dogg produced by daz- great opening to this wonderful track, they trade verses throughout the song beautifully, they had a video for this too. production is wonderful, up-tempo, also sort of laid-back g-funk type shit 5/5
2.sho shot by lady of rage produced by sean barney thomas-lady of rage destroys this track completely, the beat is wicked, one of the best tracks on the album, they also had a video for this too and this song was also on her solo album 5/5
3. it's over now by danny boy produced by keith andes- an r n b track. this track is very mellow and soft, a treat for the r n b fans but not my type of song, again they also had a video for this song 3.5/5
4.don't try to play me homey by dat nigga daz also produced- this song is awesome, daz at his best, production is uptempo but has that trademark g-funk sound 4.5/5
5. never had a friend like me by 2pac produced by johnny jackson- the best track on this soundtrack. 2pac spit some real shit like he usually does. lyrics are top notch, production is laid-back something you could smoke to 5/5
6. why by nate dogg produced by daz- not really feeling this track, nates vocals are okay and production seems average-3/5
7. out the moon (boom, boom, boom) by snoop, 2pac, tray deee, and soopafly produced by snoop, LT, and soopafly- WOW!!!! this track is really banging. 2pac and tray came the dopest, snoop's chorse was whack but overall this track was very laid back had the 20's feel. 4.5/5
8. i can't get enough by danny boy produced by damon thomas- this track is kinda whack, even for r n b fans, the production is weird and danny boy doesn't sound right at all on this track 2/5
9. tonight its on by BGOTI produced by char jones-it starts off very good with the loud bass but track really ain't all that, a good party song though 3/5
10. off the hook by snoop, charlie wilson, val young, james e. debarge produced by daz- catchy chorse, this is more of a r n b song, again very laid back as usual from daz, another party song but it really ain't all that 3/5
11. lady herion by j. flex produced by sean barney thomas- damn this track is banging, nice flow by j. flex, dark production, it fits the song very well 4/5
12. will i rize by storm produced by char jones- this track is really whack, the production is top notch but storm needs to learn how to keep up with the beat 2.5/5
13. body and soul by oftb produced by brian g- holy shit!! this track is definetly a banger, they had a video for this song, all 3 member came very dope and the production sounds like something dre would be proud of. 5/5
14. life is a traffic jam by eight mile road produced by medusa-this track sounds like it was done live, one of those poetry slam type of shit which i wasn't really feeling, even pac's verse couldn't save this song 2.5/5
15. deliberation by anonymous produced by cody chestnutt-what the fuck?!?! this track doesn't belong on this album, completely whack 1/5
so anyways, this album was a sleeper, i mean there were couple whack tracks but overall, this album is a must have for any fan.
overall rating: 4/5

There are some alright tracks, I only bought it 4 the snoop trax. Nuthin special but alright.

besides the dogg pound related tracks and the Pac tracks this cd isn't anything special after...i thought the nate dogg song was awesome, and i thought it was a tribute to Pac or at least one of his fallen homies...the first track with Pac and Snoop wanted dead or alive was about a 4.5/5 because i thought 2 of amerikas most wanted was better and it's a 5...but a decent soundtrack that i picked up the week it came out and wasn't disappointed...overall 7/10 for a soundtrack, peace.

Wanted Dead Or Alive has got the same beat as "Hypnotise" By Biggie Smalls, you should have noticed that!

Nah Rob-Dogg, the Wanted Dead Or Alive beat isn't Hypnotize at all. The one with that beat is a remix, this version has a g-funk beat courtesy of Daz.
Overall I think this soundtrack is pretty good, considering that soundtracks are normally shit, i'd give it about 7.5/10

Dope review. I would give Nate Dogg's song "Why" a 4.5. Overall, I'd probably give the album a 3.5/5.

Nice review homie... there's some pretty tight tracks on here... "Wanted Dead or Alive" is dope, and "out the moon (boom, boom, boom)" is off the hook...
overall id give it a 4/5...

I had this album but sold it cause I didnt really feel it :-/
The only songs I really liked were the rap songs with Pac and Daz but the other ones werent that good at all
