I wasn't really feelin' the Curtis Mayfield vs Prince Poll , Because I hold curtis Mayfield in the highest regard as far as ALL musicians are concerned. I felt that this poll was more appropriate.

well i dont remember this thread but you put this up at a perfect time...i actually was listening to both while i was getting ready for work this morning. in my opinion they are both equal but i voted for prince because he made one of my favorite songs of all time "when doves cry"

How can you compare two totally different artists like that? lol........... just kidding around.
I think I'll take the winner of this pole and put him against Larry Bird in a new thread, now that would be a debate for the ages.............Prince vs Bird. Who would win?
By the way I voted for Prince (but Bruce is still better than both).
