I haven't heard either track but since neither of those groups have any good MCs, I'll assume that ain't the best diss track either.

Actually I'm not named after Ras Kass.
I also think he's overrated but still much better than any MC in either of those groups.

Ras Kass would eat any of the rappers involved in those two groups... 8)
